These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this website. We recommend that you print or save a copy for your future reference.

Before you complete an order, you will be asked to acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

As used below, “Company” refers to Advanced Materials and Products Group, LLC, and its subsidiaries.

Offer to Purchase

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us. Our Order Acknowledgement e-mail is simply an acknowledgement that your order has been received by the Company. Acceptance of your order will take place only at the moment that the Company dispatches the goods to you. Shipment will be confirmed to you by e-mail, and such confirmation is subject to availability of goods.

By completing and submitting your order, you agree to grant the Company the authority to perform actions which may include verifying your address, checking for fraud and credit worthiness.

The Company is entitled to not accept your order, based on situations which may include:
• Obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on this website, including price
• Unavailability of goods
• Incorrect or unverifiable billing information
• Inability to verify or confirm the shipping address provided by you
• Belief that your order may be fraudulent
• Suspicion of credit or debit card fraud

Pricing and Availability

The prices and availability of the goods stated on the Shop page of this website are in US Dollars, and exclude sales tax (required for deliveries in the State of North Carolina) and delivery charges, and are subject to change without notice.

If a pricing error has occurred, the Company will identify and contact affected customers related to the error, and provide the option of:
• Cancelling the order or paying the difference if underpriced, or
• Cancelling the order if overpriced.

In the unlikely event that goods are unavailable, the Company will send you a notification by e-mail and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order.

Delivery of Goods

The Company’s primary delivery service is FedEx.

The Company will deliver your ordered goods via FedEx to the shipping address which you supply, if it is a valid and identifiable address. Note that FedEx cannot deliver to post office (PO) boxes.

Title to the goods will pass to you when the Company delivers the parcels to FedEx, and are shipped FCA our factory, per INCOTERMS 2010, where appropriate.

When an order is placed from Sunday through Thursday before 10:00 PM Eastern Time, it may be shipped the next day. Orders placed Friday and Saturday may be shipped on Monday.

The Company attempts deliveries via FedEx from Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Eastern Time.

If you are not present at the time of original delivery, the FedEx driver will leave a door tag to show a delivery attempt was made.

The FedEx door tag shows two options for picking up your package if you’ve missed a delivery:
• Same-day pickup at the FedEx location specified on the door tag.
• Next-day (or later) pickup at a nearby eligible FedEx Office location of your choice.

You can also request that we reattempt delivery of your package. Instructions about what is required from you for a second delivery, such as leaving the signed tag on the door or being present for delivery, are noted in the section labeled “Delivery requirements”.

If FedEx successfully delivered your package, the bottom of the door tag identifies where you can find it, such as at your front or back door, by the garage, or at a neighbor’s house.

To avoid missing a delivery, you can request delivery to a FedEx Office location near you. Call 1 800 GoFedEx, or 1 800 463 3339, or go to fedex.com. Use the door tag or tracking number and select a FedEx Office location near you, then click Hold at FedEx Location to verify eligibility. FedEx will deliver your package to the eligible location of your choice at no extra cost.

When your shipment arrives, FedEx will notify you and hold the package in a secure area until you pick it up. You can pick up your items when it’s convenient for you, within five business days. Some locations are open 24 hours a day — many until 9:00 PM.

To claim the package, you will need your government-issued identification and the package tracking number. You can also request this option before FedEx attempts delivery if you prefer not to accept a package at your residence.

All delivery times stated on this website are estimates only, based on availability and typical processing and delivery times. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.

Upon receipt of delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the goods are damaged, please do not accept the shipment.

Secure Credit Card Payment

The Company accepts a range of credit cards, through a secure payments portal. This portal (Mijireh) is fully PCI-DSS compliant. Your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them and no entity other than the portal, and the payment gateway (Stripe, PCI-DSS compliant) receives your credit card and security details. At no time are credit card details held by us, or on our server.

Cancellation Right Prior to Shipping

It is our desire, that you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However, we recognize that occasionally, you may wish to cancel or return an item.

You may cancel any order free of charge and without giving any reason, provided that it has not yet shipped. If you have submitted an order and wish to cancel, please check the status of your order by viewing your order detail on the website.

If the status of your order is “Pending” or “On Hold”, we may be able to cancel your order without cost. Please contact the Customer Service e-mail address, here, or by telephone at 1 919 271 9701, from 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Cancellation Right and Return Policy After Shipping

All good which are purchased under a distance contract (i.e. online, by phone or mail) are subject to a right to cancel. Given that our products are a food supplement, and essentially a perishable good, this right to cancel does not apply.

However, it is very important to us to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase decision. Therefore, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase decision or the product(s) that you have purchased, we will extend the right to cancel your order within 7 (seven) working days after receipt of the good(s).

To cancel your order and file your request for refund, please click here, to send a message to the Company’s Customer Service department, including:
• Your order number,
• Your complete name,
• Your complete address, and
• A description or reason for returning the product.

Any returned product(s) must be shipped by the customer, at their expense, in packaging sufficient to fully protect the product(s), and must be received by the Company in an ‘as shipped’ condition, including in an unopened state, with full shrink wrap, and undamaged.

Refund requests will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned product(s).

The original price of the product(s) and its original shipping costs, less a 20% restocking fee, will be reimbursed directly to the customer, on the same credit card which the payment was originally taken, unless otherwise not possible, within 14 days. However, if credit is given to the credit card originally used, it should be noted that the length of time for funds to appear in your accounts depends solely with your card issuer, which may vary, and could take up to 8 weeks.

Note that returned product(s) must be unused, unopened and not damaged in any way. We reserve the right to reject refund requests for opened boxes, or products which have been used in any way. In such case, the goods will be return shipped to you, and credit for the original purchase not given.

Our entire liability under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the price paid for the goods you have purchased. We will not be liable to you for any loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, for any injury to your reputation or for any losses that are not reasonably foreseeable by both of us at the time your order is accepted.

Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

The Company will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and all transactions related to this website are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the United States, are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of North Carolina. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

Invalidity of Any of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed severable. If for any reason, part of these Terms and Conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.

We will use our reasonable efforts to comply with any applicable statute, regulation or other ordinance as and when they come into force.


You acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and if you purchase a product, the order form, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement concerning the sale and supply of goods.

These policies are included here as part of these Terms and Conditions.

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions and policies at any time by posting the changes on the website. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting on the website. You will be asked to read and accept the Terms and Conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current version.
